I. Purpose

These terms govern the relationship between SARO and any person accessing the ecosystem tools from saro.app. Each tool (SARO Agency, SARO Portfolio, QR SARO) additionally has its own specific terms.

II. Hub access

Access to the saro.app hub is free and open. Redirects to ecosystem tools are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a commercial offer in the strict sense.

III. Paid services

Some services offered by referenced tools (notably SARO Agency and SARO Portfolio) are paid. Pricing, payment terms, and withdrawal rights are specified in the terms of each of these tools.

IV. Liability

SARO takes all reasonable measures to ensure hub availability and the quality of published information. SARO cannot be held liable for interruptions, malfunctions, or inaccuracies that may affect the service.

V. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
